A to-do list that works with an ADHD brain

Long lists, too many choices and losing track of time. KanBananza is built to make starting easier, one small step at a time.

The Pick one for me box over a board, suggesting "Reply to supplier quotes" because it's due today.

Most to-do apps show you everything at once. For a lot of people with ADHD, that's exactly the problem: a wall of tasks makes it harder to pick one, and the list you made to feel organised becomes one more thing to avoid. KanBananza was designed with that in mind. It isn't a treatment or a cure, just a calmer way to see your day.

See less, so you can start

  • Today's plan. Press p on a few cards and see just those. Three good things beat thirty in a list.
  • Up next. One panel for what's due soon, what you're waiting on, and today's plan, so you don't have to hunt.
  • Snooze. Not today? Press s and the card disappears until tomorrow, next week or any day you choose. It comes back by itself.
  • Privacy blur. Press B to hide every card when you need a clear screen.

When deciding feels like too much

Pick one for me suggests a single card and tells you why: it's due today, you've already started it, or there's only one step left. Not that one? Ask for another. With Full Bananza you can also tag cards by energy and ask for something low-energy on a tired day.

One thing, full screen

Just this card (press f, Full Bananza) fills the screen with one card: its steps, a big focus timer and a Mark done button. Nothing else to look at.

Time you can see

Every card has a built-in focus timer with breaks. Under Accessibility you can show it as a shrinking disc instead of numbers, so you can see time running down at a glance.

Stuck cards get a gentle nudge

If a card hasn't moved in a while, opening it asks: too big, not now, or not needed any more? One tap turns its steps into cards, snoozes it, or lets it go. No red warnings, no guilt.

End the day with what went well

Done today (Full Bananza) lists everything you finished, with your focus time, so the day ends with progress rather than what's left.

Start from a ready-made board

A blank board can be its own barrier. Pick a ready-made board, like Brain dump, Morning routine or Sunday reset, and the steps are already there.
